Lodge Restaurant
casual dining or banquet style at Hawks Nest State ParkHawks Nest Restaurant features the only restaurant overlooking the New River Canyon. The glass front dining room is a great place for meeting with friends, a casual dinner or a special place for two. Featuring a menu from steaks, special dishes and conference service to make your Hawks Nest visit memorable.

Full service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Beer and wine is available with meal.

Dining room is open year-round except Christmas Day.

The restaurant is available to customize your next banquet, reception, business meeting, family reunion, or special event.
Pavillions
We offer two picnic shelter pavilions.
Lower park shelter at hawks Nest state park
Lower Park Shelter
  • Lower Park Shelter, a unique CCC constructed log and stone shelter nestled in a wooden cove
    Our largest shelter commonly requested for weddings, corporate outings, and other large family events.
    Seats 80 - $95 + tax per day
  • The Midland Trail shelter, a modern shelter adjacent to the lodge
    Great for barbeques, meeting breakout area, and family picnics
    Seats 48 - $65.00 + tax per day.
The pavilions are available for rent year-round by contacting the park lodge.
